1 Introduction & Eligibility

Bajilave is a legally operated online gaming platform running under an international gaming license. These Terms & Conditions take effect from the date of the last update and apply to all use of the platform, whether through the bajilave website, mobile app, or any other channel.

2 Account Registration

3 Age Restrictions

Bajilave strictly prohibits gaming by minors. The minimum age to open an account is 18. This rule will not be relaxed under any circumstances.

• You must provide your correct date of birth when registering.
• A national ID card or passport may be requested as proof of age.
• If an underage account is discovered, all deposits and winnings will be forfeited.
• Parents and guardians can use parental control software to manage their children's internet activity.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

• Minimum deposit: ৳500.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

• Bajilave reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction suspected of money laundering.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Bajilave offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which must be read before accepting.

• Welcome Bonus: 150% bonus on your first deposit. Wagering requirement: 20x.
• Weekly Cashback: Cashback at a set rate on your net weekly losses.
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and both of you receive a bonus.
• You cannot claim another bonus while one is already active, unless otherwise specified.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses or claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings.
• Bajilave reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on Bajilave are conducted fairly and transparently. Each game has its own rules, which can be reviewed before play begins.

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified RNG (Random Number Generator).
• In live casino games, a round may be voided if the dealer makes an error or a technical issue occurs.
• If a cricket match is cancelled, all bets placed on that match will be refunded.
• Bajilave reserves the right to void any abnormal winnings resulting from a software error.
• Betting limits may vary by game and are subject to change.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bajilave. Violations will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Attempting to manipulate the bonus system.
• Using automated bots or software to play games.
• Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerability in the platform.
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of a game.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Disrespectful behavior toward Bajilave staff.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Bajilave reserves the right to close or suspend any account for any reason. You may also close your own account at any time.

• To voluntarily close your account, please contact our support team.
• Withdraw all valid balances before closing your account.
• If your account is closed due to a terms violation, your balance may not be refunded.
• As part of responsible gaming, you may voluntarily set a temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time.

9 Responsible Gaming

• Players can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• You can take a temporary break ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.
• A permanent self-exclusion option is also available.

11 Dispute Resolution

Should any dispute arise between bajilave and a player, we will first attempt to resolve it through mutual discussion.

• Bajilave will respond to complaints within 7 business days.
• If a resolution cannot be reached through direct discussion, an independent mediator may be consulted.
• All final decisions on disputes will be made in accordance with the guidelines of the licensing authority.

12 Changes to Terms & Conditions

Bajilave reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, at least 14 days' notice will be provided.

• Notices will be sent via email or platform notifications.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you will have the option to close your account.
